| It's been a long time but, I'm back. I'm seeing alot of new names and most of you won't have any clue of who the heck I am. Because I'm kind of a fresh face around here I thought I'd offer up the first round.  if anyone has any question for me feel free to ask. who knows I might even answer your questions. | Instead of making a new topic for this I decided to just post it here.
I went into the hospital Saturday night around 10pm cause my heart was beat rapidly, it happened again at the hospital where they called it VTAC. they then sent me to a heart center where yesterday morning 10 am I had a Catheter ablation done and was sent home around 7:30 last night.
Catheter ablation = It involves advancing several flexible catheters into the patient's blood vessels, usually either in the femoral vein, internal jugular vein, or subclavian vein. The catheters are then advanced towards the heart and high-frequency electrical impulses are used to induce the arrhythmia, and then ablate (destroy) the abnormal tissue that is causing it. | |
