SD!vs RAW 2009

What do think about the new sd! vs raw game?Do you think that will be a good game or it will be a waste of money like sd! vs raw 2008.

i heard you can create your own finishers lol thats what i've been waiting for

i personally liked 2008 expecially the ECW matches, i had alot of fun in those, The 24/7 mode was... the most let down thing... they had that thing so Hyped as going to be so good.... but i felt lead threw it all the others... but 2009 sounds like it will be a better in the features... i so hope the session mode will be better

i have the 2008 edition on wii but holy was it a letdown, the story mode from what ive heard is the best out of all the systems but there are no good matches, its like singles.....tag team.......and triple threat...yep thats about it

I loved all the new matches, just the 24/7 mode was boring.




But personally I really want to get 2009, unfortunately I dont have ps3. So no awesome tag team matches, no create a finisher and no kip-ups for my created character (the kip-up is now a thing you can do during a match to fill your momentum YES finally a move I can do in real life thats in the game!!)

not only smackdown vs raw 2009, but the TNA game actually looks pretty good, i've just got into TNA about a month or 2 ago, and I like it, kinda confusing, but good, so I'm using my $$$ to buy both games. 2009 has Inferno match, better Tag Team Matches, and Create a Finisher, not to mension a new Storymode. TNA Impact has King of the Mountain, Ultamate X, and Full Metal Meyham, just not Six Sides of Steal is a letdown.

SDvsRaw 2008 was ****. I stopped playing it after about a month as they had done very little with the actual in game engine which is very stale and dull like the last couple of games were.

The season mode was terrible!!!

SDvsRaw 2009 needs to redo the in-game engine in order to be a success.

Create a move, and new tag matches sound good, but only a 3 month season mode

These additions may not be enough to add longevity eo what is becoming a lazy franchise.

I'm far more interested to see how the TNA game plays, as AJ Styles and Samoa Joe (who are massive gaming fans) were heavily involved with production. It could be a far more fun game to play. (I hope)

3 MONTH SEASON MODE!?!?!?!?!?!

You gotta be kidding Allgood thats completely too short. I wouldnt even expect that from any of the Ps1 games.

yeah 3 months is way to short gotta be 2 years, then u can go to wrestlemania 2 times, and be more FUN!!!

Yeah it's 3 months on the Road to Wrestlemania mode (royal Rumble to Wrestlemania) and every superstar has a different storyline, but you can't play with all the superstars. They say that there is a third mode which I think that is the old season mode of 06 and 07 and it's already confirmed that you can only CAF in Standing position

Look at 5:22 when Batista does a Batista Bomb. I read somewhere that they said when doing a pin finisher or a submission finisher your automaticly put away from the ropes.

Which I felt releived about because almost everytime I did a tombstone piledriver with The Undertaker 90% of the time was a rope break.

I thought it was that pin finishers can't be broken up by the ropes, so if u did the tombstone at the ropes and pinned him, there would still be a 1,2,3

Maybe they didn't put that feature yet

Actually it was added around the same time the kip-up was added as a feature and I saw during that match that Cena had a chance to do it while he was still on the ground. (it showed the triangle button and said kip-up)

They didn't put a different camera in the outside too. I hope that we can turn off the camera from the outside.

just over 1 month 2 go till it comes out i have pre orderd the game

just borught the game and it is awesome the create a finisher is great and aslo the highlight reel is a great function that i didnt know was in the game.

I have been playing the demo.
Not bad.
I might consider renting it.
Hows the Story mode with preset wrestlers?

Its OK... not the best kinda pissed me off with the big Hype on Multi player Story mode... you can only multi with the Batista And Rey story mode and thats it... but other than that its pretty good....

I am planning on renting the game tomorrow and yea I agree too much hype on the game about tag teams and they only got Rey and Batista for co-op storymode.

the only Story mode i really liked was the John Cena story mode, i still have to do CM Punks but ill finish that tomarrow
