*Quan is set up at the top of the entrance ramp. His huge barbeque is steaming away and also two tables are setup with cooking kit and ingredients spread out*
~
Quan : “Welcome How320 the newest member of the XFA family, I am glad you could join me on this one off edition of ‘Cooking with Quan’ in which I can treat you to a unique Mongolian delicacy. Now please have a taste of this, a simple classic snack of cooked meat, with peppers, cheese and chilli in a pitta bread"
~
How320: “I am very hungry, thank you”
~
*How320 takes a big bite and starts to chew with vigour*
~
Quan “Good yes?”
~
*How320 nods his head*
~
Quan: “ So now to let you into the secret of this dish and the key really is in the way you cook the meat…”
~
*How320 takes a second big bite and really appears to be enjoying the food while now listening to the cooking lesson*
~
Quan: “ First hang the marmot by the head, and cut the skin around its neck. Now it is possible to pull the skin and most of the meat down over the inner skeleton. Break the legs at the knee, so that you only need to pull out the upper leg bones. From the innards, keep the liver and kidneys, which can later be inserted again. “

*How320’s face changes dramatically as his chewing stops immediately with his mouth full*

Quan: “Turn the removed skin and meat back, so that the hair is at the outside again. Fill the resulting "sack" with the following ingredients: Some salt, one or two peeled onions, and a number of stones, that have been heated up in a fire for about an hour. The stones must have a smooth and round surface. The smaller ones go into the upper legs, the larger ones into the abdominal cavity. At the end, the neck is closed with a piece of wire.”

*How320 now looks visibly green and has dropped the pita on the floor*
~
Quan: “Now you need a strong flame, like a blowtorch to burn away the fur. Then scratch the remains off together with the uppermost layer of the skin. During that process, the meat gets cooked from the inside and the outside. If the steam forming inside causes too much pressure, then you need to cut a few small holes into the skin to avoid an explosion! The meat is cooked enough when all of the skin surface leaks with fat.

*How320 puts his hand over his mouth and runs from the stage, the sound of reaching and heaving can now be heard clearly from back stage*
~
*Quan turns to see that How320 has now disappeared so turns back to the crowd and gives a wink*
~
Quan: “Now you have seen what we do with our food, you just wait to see what we do with our enemies! Because, remember, when the Mongolian is involved, IT’S WAR!”

Cool how320. I will edit it tomorrow when I am at work and put in a line at the begginging about 'welcome to the fed' or similar. Hopefully DANTE or Clay can slip it in a show soon. Should be possible as it works without a match but works to introduce a new member.
