| I think they can be useful. It can help patch up the holes in the wrestlers build or to level up certain stats that are limited by your stat level. You just need to pay attention to what you need and what can help you. For example, if you a stength wrestler, you obviously won't level up the tech stat up as often so you'll be weak against submission since you can't level up escape artist much. So you use your exp to buy the advance tech for increased submission defence to help you defend against submissions without leveling up the tech stat. | |

| IMO, spend it on Increased Resistance: The x10 demi-bug works really good: You can hit a lot without getting tired too soon. If you already have the Resistance enough, then you can try with Inner Rage, to gain more Adrenaline and make your finishers strongers and/or execute them more times in the match. | |

| Good suggestion malkyto however I'm not sure Inner rage will be too helpful. My adrenaline gain is up to about 40 while my finishers adrenaline cost is about 15-20 times that, while it is recommended at 25-30 times, I still don't hit it as much as before.
Before I hit my finisher about 3 times a match, now I'll be lucky if I hit one. It's all personal experience though and differs with everyone else. | |

| Thats the sense of my "and/or" comment. Im in the same situation: a week ago or so, I delete my finishers to improve them. Now I have better finishers, but now they appears 1 time per match, or less ( ). Im really worried about it. I really think more times is better than better times. | |
