Changing E-mail address?

Okay, I must be a total idiot, but I was trying to change my email address from the one I was using (from my roomie's, to my own) since I finally got my own e-mail address other than my school one, and I can't figure out for the life of me to do it. So if anybody knows, just post here since I am a complete and utter retard (not politically correct I know lol).

I am not 100% sure what or where you want to change your e-mail?

LoL it's okay, its the one under:

Profile -> email address

So that when I recieve messages from the board and such (like new messages) it will go to one I check more often than the one I currently have in place. It's totally closed off, and I thought I would change it, but it seems that I can't or I am just not following directions clearly.
