Level sitting guy

Level sitting is not against the rules so you can't turn him in for anything, at the end of the day this is a game where people play to enjoy themselves and if he is enjoying himself then that is upto him how he plays.

Plenty of people level sit people like scorpy for example turn there finisher to red when they go offline so when the master hallenges there is next to zero chance of them hitting their finishers and winning.

While level sitters are annoying there is nothing in the rules against it

One thing level sitters have in common is that they are all defense focused. They may never hurt you but they will never get hit and if they do they dont get hurt.

You see a bunch of level sitters with 10 or more Block and DR AT's than others at the same level. They also turn the finishers down. The thing is they may also hit you with 100 moves and not hurt you because they have no DDI in most cases (from what I have seen) Just ignore those bitches and don't fight them.
