It is another part of the formula that goes with Wrestler's Score to determine if the master of your level will have to challenge you, although there are varying theories since some say that it is random, and some say it becomes random after a certain point where your Wrestler's score, level rank, and Total skill index through a formula provide a certain number that determines if you get thrown into the "lottery" to get challenged or not. But that is what I've heard since I don't pay attention to those numbers really, I gauge my skill as I fight people above me and...above me lol! Since they can be easily worked if you only challenge people you know you will win against all the time to pump up your score. All I really challenge are invitationals and re-matches, maybe a championship if I think I can hold it for a little.
