I think Saint has disabled his finshers or done something as his WS has dropped about 3,000 since he moved fed. I think he is playing weak for the new members of his fed only to surprise them later on with his full build.

No, his finishers are still there. He might be going through a re-build, but they're there and, thus, they're active.
