I believe that in our fed level, XFE has the least number of GM's/VGM/s (3 total)!

XFW NEEDS YOU! ! ! Uncle-sam-large

So XFWers, the fed is in need of some help.
From everyone and anyone who can provide any!

So we are taking volunteers who are willing to help out in imprving the federation.
There are some jobs available but if you can provide something that isn't listed, please let us know.

The following are needed:

1. Website Management
(includes the main website, MySpace and Facebook)

2. Grammar Correction Manager
(Go through segments and edit it to perfection, or close to it)

3. Image Creator
(PPV posters, XFW/XFA Banners, etc... any image that could help expose XFE)

4. Match Result Organizer
(similar to what JPower does but more detailed and collected)

5. Recruiter
(maybe, not sure yet)

Again, if anybody have anything they can offer as help, we will consider it and appreciate it.
Any help anybody could provide will also go to improving our fed.

while if you really need a hand i can give it a shot i do have experience as a vgm of SCW (gd pato's fed) I mostly edited matches though not so much promo's but I can probally do that if need be

But out of the 4 things there i can only really do 1,2 or 4 have no idea how to make posters good mine always turn out Censored

I'll probably be unveiling some new styles in the next week or 2 about the banners that exhibit One Fall, Submission, etc to take a vote to see if a change is needed from our current ones.

I'll be glad to take any ideas too, and maybe see about changing the scrolling XFA / XFW segment / match divider to a different color, maybe make it white and just have the word scroll

I would do 3 but um problem is the software I use for that stuff is not working. Bu tmaybe my freind might happen to have another copy so if he does I can do number 3.

Is #4 the match summaries job? I had a go at that this week. I liked doing it becasue it made me remember everything that happened on XFA that week. However I will have to let you know if I can do it depending on how my new job turns out next week.

Happy to help with 5 also but not sure what is 'legal' in TWG.

I would do 3, I'll have to get some new photoshop software. I can do my best, but I also got Dial Up internet so I'll try, but it's not a 100%. I'll try my best.

Thanks you very much for everyone that are willing to answer the call of your fed.
Most of us try our best to help each other and that is what makes this fed unique from others and that will take us to the top!

I will delegate with Sentinel to see who will be named the official helpers.
As I said earlier, we will take any help anyone could provide however, we are also looking for people that can do it consistently on a weekly basis. Some jobs are simple and may only need a few times a season (ie: making posters, banners, etc..) however some requires some dedication and some free time for those who are willing to help and commit to the cause.

I can update match card reviews for both shows each week. I have time on my hand the day after each show. I would be happy to write the summaries and post them.

The GM's will be deliberating during the off-season to screen and see who will help on which.

JPower pretty much got XFW covered, so we might just need one for XFA.
