| I like comics. Leave it to me, to state the obvious. I like Superman, Green Lantern, and the Flash. I love Cleveland sports teams (Browns, Cavaliers). I could do without baseball. It's too boring for me. Cleveland doesn't have an NHL team, so I bounce from team to team, since I love Hockey. There is nothing finer than someone face, forcefully shoved into the glass. I play video games. I have since they came out. (I'm old) I love wrestling. I watch it more for the drama, than the wrestling. It's a male soap opera, in my opinion. It's the never-ending battle between good and evil, at least it used to be. I don't do TNA, even though my Olympic hero Kurt Angle is there. I am a WWE fan for sure, but for the last two or three years, I haven't really watched, because it has gotten stale, and strayed from the formula. My personal favorites are bad guys, because they are more dynamic, character-wise. I'm not a big car enthusiast, but I do want one of those new Dodge Challengers. They are TUFF! Maybe someday, when I grow up, I will have one. As for things about me... I am a man of science. What else would you expect of a criminal genius, bent on taking over the world?? I analyze and experiment with life and it's experiences, so I can find the winning formula to woo the citizens of the world into submission. | |

| I like wrestling (obviously). Been a fan since I was 9 years old, although between 1995-1998 I watched no wrestling what-so ever as I developed my love for Football (we don't call it 'soccer' in England, unless you what a slap) and specifically Tottenham Hotspur ('Come on you Spurs!!!!') Back to wrestling, I have always watched WWF/WWE although since 2002 it's gotten pretty bad as Vince has lost the plot and a grip on reality. TNA was awesome, but alas, they too have lost the plot in the last couple of years. I still watch them in the blind hope that they'll turn back to their best. For now I mostly enjoy watching ROH, PWG, NOAH, Dragon Gate and most other indy promotions. I love to watch films, my favourite being 'The Third Man', although without sounding too snobish I would assume that most people here are more in the thinking that 'Rush Hour 2' is a modern classic (hey, I wouldn't know, I haven't seen it ). I'm a big fan of comedy. I love to watch comedy shows, specifically sketch shows such as Big Train, Man Stroke Woman, Mitchell and Webb etc (These are all British by the way). I also like watching stand up, i.e Jack Dee, Lee Evans, Frankie Boyle, Steve Coogan, Bill Hicks etc. I have been told I have a very dry, bad taste humour, although I like to find humour in all places. I genuinely listen to all types of music including Rock, Blues, Rap, House, Jazz, Metal, Reggae, Rockabilly, Soul, Funk etc. I don't really like any of the current 'EMO' stuff ( life sucks, man up and stop bitching you ungrateful ! ), and don't see any real musical ability in hardcore dance. But I especially hate, with every inch of my body, Bon Jovi. (If you like them, then you automaically void you're opinion on anything ) I have a degree in Psychology. Oh, and I like to 'party'. This is your GM DANTE,Please watch your language. The post has been editted for your viewing pleasure.Thank you. | |

| Golf is #1. Play football (soccer for all you colonials). Used to be a season ticket holder at Fulham FC (EPL) before I got married. No that I am exiled to Canada I am doing my best to do the whole Maple Leafs, Blue Jays & Buffalo Bills thing. Have followed music pretty seriously. Grunge in my teens and since then all sort of big beats, metal, indie, prog rock etc. Mostly all music best played very loud. Also have a soft spot for calipso and big band music! Like movies. The ususal mixture of sci-fi and action as well as the indie buys like Wes Anderson, Jason Reitman, Spike Jonze. Reading I like science fact stuff and fiction writers like Vonnegut, Heller and Tibor Fisher. Grew up into computer games like the Eye of the Behloder series and other D&D stuff like Baldurs Gate etc Minor joys inlcude martinis, real beer, steaks. | |

A quick wander over to wikipdia confirms what I suspected: Ottawa Senators "History" = 1992 - presentStanley Cups = None Toronto Maple Leafs History = 1917 - present Stanley Cups = 13

| See... Leafs fans and Canadiens fans are the same - they have to bring up history in this argument. The only difference is - since 1992, only the Canadiens have won a cup of the 3 teams. And, of course, the Laffs and Canadiens have more cups than the Sens historically because you both have 50+ more years in existence! I'd guess it would be a safe assumption to say that that should be the case! That's like a 75 year old senile old coot with dementia saying he's the better monopoly player because he's won more monopoly games than his 9 year old great grandson. | |

| All sports fans of any kind are the same. Three things make your team stand out as superior: History Acheivements Sportsmanship The team I support in the English premiership (FULHAM) have never won anything, but are the oldest pro football team in London (125+years) and are known for doing things right (no dirty players, developing youth tallent etc). The leafs qualify as a great team deserving respect on two counts. Serious history and serious achievements. If your team cant lay claim to these distinguising points then you may have to face it that your team is just anouther franshise with as much soul as the Oakland Seals or the Columus Blue Jackets. | |

| Well, then... if you want to play the history card then, can you tell me who the first Stanley Cup championship team was once the NHL took it over from the WHA and bought all the assets? | |

Didnt the Ottawa Hockey Club win it that year? The team that disbanded in 1934 and became the St louis Eagles?
