Mortal Comabt vs DC Universe

Pretty much i was jacked for this game... and just found out its not for the wii.....

anyways its for ps3 and xbox360 and this seriously is making me consider buying an xbox 360 cuz they are really cheap right now lol.

excited but since it is a fighting game, it'll probably be a rental.

Not as good as I expected and I'm a huge DC comics and OG MK fan.
The Fatality and "Heroic Brutality" looks lame and rushed.
They could have been so creative but they took the easy way out.
The Joker's first Fatality is the best, the rest are somewhat garbage.
I'd rather buy the Naruto: Ninja Storm

yeah that's what i thought about soul caliber 4 I ran out and bought it as fast as i could, then i beat it made a few characters then traded it in.

aaah i see. the only fatality that i have liked so far is the Joker's lol. The whole bang and then actually shooting . As for dc.... yeah no, i'm more of a Marvel fan . Reason... superman.... superman is the worst superhero ever created....

I must say though, his Brutality on the game sucks big time.

i'm sorry dante but i stand my opinion. The guy is invincible, nothing can hurt him...cept a tiny rock.... in my opinion... Ghost Rider is the all time superhero... right next to spiderman

Probably have to go with Green Lantern as the most powerful....

Supes is vulnerable to magic too. Most people doesn't knwo that and that is exactly what they are doing in the game to be able to make it plausible to hurt Supes.

Wrong universe. Sue Storm is Marvel. And they're over in the Capcom universe mucking things up there

Blame DC for that as they told Midway that they don't want there DC characters involved in an adult game with a M rating and they told Midway to tone down the fatalities (although Europe still gets Jokers first fatality with the gun).

I agree with Dante though as it could have been better.

Ironic isn't it that a DC character has the best fatality (and probablly the goreiest one in the game) yet the MK characters are all tamed.

Thats the best and goreist fatality in the entire game!?!?!

That and Jokers first fatality where he shoots someone with a fake gun that has a flag saying bang then starts laughing and pulls out a real gun and blows the opponents head off.

Personally, I like the DC vs MK game. I'm not really good at these kinds of games. I'm not so much of a strategist. I'm more of a button cruncher. I play sports games more, but this is a good change.

It's basically a one on one fighting game, so you know what you are getting into. I am new to PS3, upgrading from GameCube, and I must say, the graphics are extra nice. I like how you can bash your foe through the wall in Metropolis, and end up two blocks over.

I have yet to pull of a fatality, since those button combos are hard for me, in the heat of battle

Maybe we can hook up sometime online and fight.
