Okie, i've outgrown my tag-team partner as my alt is level 7 soon to be 8 and my current partner is 5, so I do fight pretty good. If anybody in that level range needs a tag-team partner I am definitely looking up to it, I do try to level sit with her, but make no guarantees that I will be able to slow build still.
